TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of TumbleBooks – animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.
The TumbleBookLibrary provides enrichment to students who are reading independently with a variety of high interest material. It also provides support to students who require skill building with a variety of exercises that can be matched with other areas of the curriculum. In general, TumbleBooks are a great addition to a reading program that can be worked on independently by each student or by the whole class. It has been exceptionally well received by ESL and Special Education teachers.

Healthy New Jersey
HealthyNJ is a product of the University Libraries at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. The Consumer Health Information Task Force, comprised of librarians from each of the four UMDNJ Campus Libraries, developed the content of the Web Site to meet the health care information needs of consumers, particularly the citizens of New Jersey. HealthyNJ also has relevance for NJ based policy makers and health care professionals. Content on the pages is selected and developed based on criteria including currency, accuracy, and relevance. Links are constantly monitored for viability and changes are made as necessary. We strive to abide by the Health On the Net Principles and adhere to the guidelines put forward by the Health Summit Working Group. In 2004 HealthyNJ began a partnership with staff from the Sala Hispanoamericana at the Newark Public Library to help grow the Spanish-language content of the site.

MedlinePlus will direct you to information to help answer health questions. MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations. Preformulated MEDLINE searches are included in MedlinePlus and give easy access to medical journal articles. MedlinePlus also has extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and latest health news.

New Jersey Health Care Profile (New Jersey Office of the Attorney General)
The Division of Consumer Affairs, in consultation with the State Board of Medical Examiners and the State Board of Optometrists developed the respective professionals' profiles. They contain information obtained from a number of sources including, for medical doctors and podiatrists, the American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association. The profiles provide information about practitioners' credentials and education and also about disciplinary actions, hospital restrictions (for medical doctors and podiatrists), and malpractice payments.

Nursing and Allied Health Coaliton: Expanded (EBSCOhost)
Nursing & Allied Health Collection: Expanded is a valuable resource for nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers. TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of TumbleBooks – animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.
The TumbleBookLibrary provides enrichment to students who are reading independently with a variety of high interest material. It also provides support to students who require skill building with a variety of exercises that can be matched with other areas of the curriculum. In general, TumbleBooks are a great addition to a reading program that can be worked on independently by each student or by the whole class. It has been exceptionally well received by ESL and Special Education teachers.

Academic Search Premier is updated on a daily basis via EBSCOhost. This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for nearly 4,500 journals, including full text for more than 3,600 peer-reviewed titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for 1,000 titles.

Institutional Repositories (IRs) bring together all of an institution's research under one umbrella, with an aim to preserve and provide access to that research.
